benefyd helps companies reach their sustainability goals by engaging employees in proven, measurable, carbon-reducing actions.
it’s not complicated, and it’s not offsets either. benefyd is a software solution that sets baselines, makes recommendations, and then supports every team member in making smart, sustainable improvements to their homes and in their lives. then all that good work gets rolled up into a nifty dashboard that shows your company is reducing carbon and investing in local infrastructure. here’s how it works.
create your benefyd account with a simple online registration process.
invite all your employees to participate in benefyd by adding team members 1 by 1 or through a bulk import.
every employee then completes a baseline assessment in their home which helps them understand where they can save money and reduce carbon in the categories of energy, water, transportation, and waste.
employees get a list of carbon reducing actions along with DIY support, a curated marketplace, stacked market, government, and utility incentives, and integrated financing to make it easier to check things off the list.
benefyd provides system generated encouragement to take action.
benefyd tracks every action taken, energy savings and carbon reduction associated with these actions and provides near real-time dashboards and reports that your company can use for tracking and reporting progress.
initial home assessment for employees that creates a personalized baseline and recommended actions to reduce carbon. aggregated view helps companies determine what’s possible.
employers can easily view the actions their employees are taking to lower their utility spend and reduce their carbon impact.
benefyd provides an easy to use personal and private view for employees to track their actions and an aggregated version for administrators to track employee participation and associated financial and carbon impacts.
a curated marketplace to support smart actions.
reduce the stress of unexpected or high costs actions with integrated financing options that make paying for the highest-impact upgrades more manageable.
benefyd will surface relevant federal and local utility incentives that help stretch the impact.
“benefyd helps us simultaneously impact our recruiting, retention, sustainability, community, and diversity objectives. ESG efforts can be complicated, this isn’t.”
“I feel much more connected to my company and appreciate the opportunity to be part of the solution. I now have a plan of action and my utility bills are already so much lower. I love how my company is helping me save money and make a difference!”
